Nutrition: keep feeding your baby
Don’t wait till your baby is born to start thinking about feeding him or her. What you eat during the 1000 days from the first day of your pregnancy till the day your child turns 2, and what you feed them in early childhood is vital. Remember your baby’s biggest building block is protein. Eat it in fish, meat, beans and pulses, eggs and dairy dishes so it’s available to nourish your baby. Eat well now and you can set your little one up for a healthier childhood and beyond.
