You and your baby
Month 14 news

Little teeth are beginning to make dinnertimes more fun for your little one and they're also showing a definite preference for one hand over the other. They can most likely feed themselves now too, even if things do tend to get a little messy!
The Expert View
There's nothing more important than giving your toddler the very best start in life. That means giving them a healthy diet, including plenty of variety from all of the food groups so they continue to grow and develop. By now, they should be eating three meals a day and two snacks, as well as their milk drinks.

Need to know
Your little one is up and about more and more, so toddler-proofing your home is a must. It's amazing where mischievous little fingers can reach, so make sure that plug sockets are covered and that there's nothing that can be pulled off shelves. Invest in safety locks for cupboards too.
