The Expert View
Your baby is just like you – a change in weather and environment can affect their stools. When travelling, disruptions to baby's poo could occur in frequency or consistency, but don't panic. If you have any concerns at all, seek the advice of a healthcare professional. |

Need to know
Babies are vulnerable to several food allergies, but the good news is that their best defence is your own milk. If you're not breastfeeding, talk to your healthcare professional who will be able to advise you on suitable alternatives and the right nutrition to help reduce baby's risk of developing allergies. |

Tip: A world of wow!
Your little one is endlessly curious – and toys can surprise and delight them in equal measure. Try not to overdo it though, little minds get easily frustrated and you don't want to over faze them with toys that are too complicated. |

Tip: Crying
If your little one isn't crying because of hunger or tiredness, try taking them for a walk to soothe them. It sounds obvious, but it's not just good for baby – the fresh air will help mum too! |
