Week 20 News
There are a lot of changes going on, but one's really worth the wait: you'll soon see the first shows of real affection coming back to you from your baby. The first time those pudgy arms go around your neck is a heart-melting moment. They might be sleeping through the night too now - another cause for celebration! |

The Expert View
Important as it is to take care of your baby properly, don’t forget about yourself too. It’s not being selfish – the fact is a happy mum is more likely to be a good mum! Why not plan a night out with your mummy friends and leave your partners in charge of baby care for the evening? |

Need to know
If you're travelling with the little one, make sure you take what you need with you. Sadly, a lot of destinations are ill-equipped for babies, so always come prepared. As a minimum, your baby first aid kit should contain infant paracetamol and antiseptic wipes. |
