We’re contacting you today to find out if you may be interested in taking part in some research on our baby club welcome pack. You don’t need to have received the pack in order to take part and we’ll be showing examples so don’t worry if you haven’t seen it yet. Our aim is to improve the experience of our members so we would love to have your feedback.
We’re working with Join the Dots, an independent market research agency, to conduct this research and one of the ways they’ll be talking to people is via an online focus group which you can take part in from the comfort of your own home on your computer or laptop.
